Everest

Everest is a Chinese-type hybrid daikon radish. High tolerance to heat, year-round crop in sub-tropic and tropic conditions. Not suitable for spring sowing in cool areas. Roots are white, up to 14 inches (35 centimeters) in length. 2.25 inches (6 centimeters) in diameter, and 1.5 pounds (700 grams) in weight. Late pithiness, early bolting habit.

Matures 55 days after sowing.
